By using Signal Lost: Daily, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable. If you have questions, contact us at the address below.

Signal Lost: Daily is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play the game, share your results, and discuss puzzles with other operators. You may not:

  • > Reverse-engineer or decompile the app.
  • > Attempt to access systems, APIs, or data beyond what is publicly provided.
  • > Use automated tools to play, submit scores, or scrape leaderboard data.
  • > Reproduce or distribute the daily puzzles without permission.

The Signal Board is a record of honest effort. Submitting fabricated scores, using external solvers, or exploiting bugs to gain leaderboard position violates the spirit and the rules of Signal Lost: Daily.

  • > Cheating may result in removal from the Signal Board without notice.
  • > Repeat violations may result in permanent exclusion.
  • > If you find a bug, please report it rather than exploit it.

If you submit to the Signal Board, you choose a callsign. Your callsign must not:

  • > Impersonate another person or operator.
  • > Contain offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.
  • > Include personal information (your real name, email, etc.).

We reserve the right to remove any callsign that violates these rules.

The Pro Operator upgrade is a one-time, non-subscription purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Upon purchase:

  • > Ads are removed permanently from your account.
  • > Night Shift theme is unlocked.
  • > Pro badge is added to your Signal Board entries.
  • > No recurring charges. No renewal.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

We aim to deliver a new signal every day at 00:00 UTC. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed puzzles or streak losses caused by service interruptions.

Signal Lost: Daily, including its name, design, puzzle system, and all associated content, is our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to play the game as intended.

Signal Lost: Daily is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Signal Lost: Daily after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
